All the boring stuff ... hopefully you'll never need to read these as we're an awesome bunch of people ;) but in case you do, we'll always strive our best to help out in the event of an incident.

We always strive to offer a 100% foolproof service. However in the event of an issue, our terms & conditions are listed below.

Our liability for loss (excluding delivery) or damage is limited to the replacement of the material (the film). No other liability will be accepted for loss, damage, consequential or otherwise, however caused.

​

Due to dyes in photographic chemicals, the colours may change over time. Neither, prints or copies will be replaced or otherwise warrantied against such changes in colour.

​

This is a consumer service and we do not accept additional responsibility for material of professional or commercial value.

​

Copyright orders for printing are accepted on the implied condition that the customer has the legal entitlement to do so. This is required in writing, from the photographer, prior to ordering.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons of fulfilling your order.

Data is stored on secure servers behind a firewall, by our host service provider.

 

All direct payment gateways offered and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

 

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. RETURNS & REFUNDS

​

Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under The Supply of Goods and Services Act and Distance Selling Regulations, The Minilab does not sell products on a trial basis. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering. If you are not sure of the correct service required please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to advise.

Due to the nature of our services, once the process has started we are unable to accept an order cancellation, if you require any amendments to your order please contact us at the earliest opportunity, we will try our best to meet your requirements but depending on the stage of processing this may not be possible.

​

Please inspect you order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your order is incorrect, damaged or defective so that we can investigate and make things right.

 

In the event of any refund being due to a fault or other defect we will refund your costs of returning the goods for replacement or refund. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own risk, therefore, we strongly recommend you use a tracked delivery method.

​

If your film is blank, then we'll happily refund the additional costs that you have paid for (such as your scans or prints). We can't refund the initial cost of developing.

 

If a refund is due monies are returned via the original payment method within 14 working days (normally much faster) of refund acceptance.
